Developing A Supplementation Plan
Developing a supplementation plan really depends on how
your schedule
works, and sometimes, it can be pretty tough if you have
a tight schedule.
But assuming you have the time or can some how work
around it, this is
how a basic supplementation plan would looking using
creatine,
glutamine and a protein drink.
AM: Wake
up
+ take 1 serving of Turbo Muscle™
Creatine
+ take 1 serving of Advantec™'s Muscle Gain™
Glutamine
+ eat break fast
Mid
morning: (between lunch and breakfast)
+ take 1 serving of Turbo Muscle™
Creatine
+ take 2 table spoon serving of Amino Flux™
+ Noon: Eat lunch
Mid
afternoon:
+ take 1 serving of Turbo Muscle™
1hour BEFORE workout
+ weight training
+ take 1 serving of Turbo Muscle™
DURING workout (use it with glucose or sweet drink)
+ take 1 serving of Advantec™'s Muscle Gain™
Glutamine AFTER workout
+ take 1 table spoons of Amino Flux AFTER workout
(note: take these within 1hr after workout)
Evening:
Eat Dinner
Late Evening:
+ take 1 serving of Turbo Muscle™
Creatine
+ take 2 table spoon serving of Amino Flux™
Before
bed
+ take 1 serving of Advantec™'s Muscle Gain™
Glutamine
+ take 1/2 serving of Amino Flux™
(optional)
Now, this is a very general guideline - it's similar to the
schedule of most of the Mr. Olympia. But yours schedule
can differ quite a bit as your workout might be at
different times, your schedule might not accommodate
regular meal times etc... so you'll have to work out
something and you can amend the supplementation schedule
as suits you.
But hopefully, this has given you a good idea on how to
take these supplements together.
Note: the about schedule takes 4 to 5 servings of Turbo
Muscle™
Creatine per day, that's about 20 to 25g, to some
people, Creatine does not suit well with their body and
taking that much Creatine will give them muscle cramps,
they should reduce the Creatine after loading phase. And
during maintenance, they can take Turbo Muscle™
Creatine in the morning, and 1hr before or during
workout (what ever suits), and also after workout.
