Job Overview:
If you are a born sales person with selling experience to doctors or medical know how then this job is exactly for you. The DCSAs will have to sell a CAD (computer Aided Diagnostic software) to doctors on commission. The DCSA will report online to Advantec™ Nutrition & Healthcare and will be regulated, managed & controlled by Advantec™ Nutrition & Healthcare online.


Product Description:
WinNBQ 3.1 is top of the line CAD & first of its kind. It is an intelligent software that helps a doctor to reach diagnosis effectively and precisely while keeping records of the patients. It suggest treatments & tests and also provide help with audio video support. It’s a live saviour software.


Business process:
Due to the fact the the hired distant city sales agents will be distantly located, the sales activities of DCSAs will be fully controlled via internet. The core activities of the hired sales agents will be as follows;

Visiting doctors → delivering doctors the product presentation & demo using laptops → selling the product to the doctors → acquiring product key over internet from Advantec™ Nutrition & Healthcare internet based product managers → collecting sales money from doctors → depositing the collected sales money into the company's sales account → updating sales data on company's website by using sales agent's work terminal.


Hiring criteria:

Eligibility:
You must need to have medical sales experience else you need to be a science grad with good medical know how (i.e. what is diagnosis?, how does diagnosis work? etc.). You must have a laptop, own transportation & fluency in English.

Sales persons who are already working with other national/ international pharmaceutical companies can also apply. They can do both i.e. sales for Advantec™ Nutrition & Healthcare & keep their previous job. If you have certifications of sales targets achieved and other such achievements please do send that along with your resume.

Those who are new but ambitious & confident to take it as a challenge will be thoroughly considered.

Training:
Training will be held before the interviews, because the interviews will be mostly based on the training material. The training material i.e. (Product Information, Product Workability & Installation, Marketing & Sales Material, Sales Methodology, Business Process etc.).

The training material will be provided to the screened candidates via email. You have to go through it and when you will be ready for interview you have to request for a date & time on a special given email address. Only successful candidates will go further.
